Road Traffic Act (RTA) or Third Party
compulsory cover that meets the statutory requirement (Road Act 12:11 section 22 subsection 1) of using public roads, covering the insured against legal liability to third parties for damage to their property, death or bodily injury up to a statutory limit.
Full Third Party
an extension of Third Party with increased limits of liability against legal liability to third parties for damage to their property, death or bodily injury.
Full Third Party (Fire and Theft)
a further extension of Third Party that adds cover against any damage or loss caused by fire, theft or attempted theft to the insured's vehicle.
Comprehensive or Full Cover
covers loss or damage to the client's vehicle, theft of accessories or the whole vehicle, fire, and liability to third parties, along with medical expenses, litigation costs and towing charges.
Motor Fleet
offered to any entity that has 15 or more vehicles of one or more types.
Motor Traders Combined
covers motor service or repair outlets against unforeseen damage to third party vehicles while in the custody of the outlet.
Excess Buy Back
an extension for any insured who holds a comprehensive motor policy, taken for an additional premium to expunge the excesses that are inevitable with all claims.
